## Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our enterprise sales team. As an Account Executive, you will personally own every stage of the sales process, from prospecting to close, and will be responsible for building your own pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with documented multi-stakeholder closes at $50K+ ACV. You will be fluent in MEDDPICC, SPIN, or equivalent enterprise sales methodology and comfortable selling to the C-suite.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning 50 tiered target accounts and mapping 5-7 named stakeholders per account

- Building your own pipeline through strategic, multi-channel outbound prospecting

- Running deep discovery using SPIN to surface organizational implications and the true cost of broken compliance programs

- Differentiating BCS from competitors through operational depth and unique services

- Creating 3-5 new qualified opportunities per month and closing 10-15 deals per year

In terms of compensation, we offer a base salary of $88,000, a variable commission of 15% of first-year ARR on every deal closed, and an OTE range of $175,000.
