## Description

As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional support to customers in a designated area, including product academic promotion and customer professional support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide timely and accurate professional support to customers within company policies and procedures.

- Build partnerships with customers and effectively utilize resources to achieve work goals.

- Plan and organize various academic conferences or activities.

- Collect market and customer feedback information through company management systems and other compliant channels, analyze, feedback, and provide suggestions.

- Maintain effective communication with superiors, colleagues, and business partners from other departments.

- Continuously improve professional knowledge and abilities under the guidance of superiors.

- Execute new initiatives implemented by the company and explore opportunities for innovation and optimization.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.

- Proficient in MS Office, good English skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.

- Self-motivated and able to manage pressure.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
