As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming guests/clients at the reception desk or by phone, providing information and clarifications on various topics such as reservations, flight confirmations, addresses, and complaints.

- Carrying out check-in procedures for guests, providing keys, and directing them to their rooms.

- Managing check-out procedures, closing invoices, receiving payments, and organising related processes.

- Ensuring compliance with reception procedures and preparing autocontrol processes.

- Mediating conflicts and intervening in critical situations with clients/guests.

- Updating the system with client reservation information.

- Offering, scoring, and operating the loyalty programme according to established standards.

- Passing on shift information, following established procedures.

- Providing guidance to colleagues on reception-related matters.

- Handling telephone calls, following network and unit standards.

- Maintaining organised area files.

- Performing other related tasks as needed.
