## Description

As a Shift Lead at Marks & Spencer's Ladymead Guildford store, you will play a crucial role in leading the fill operation, ensuring the salesfloor is ready to trade, and coordinating resources to deliver exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating resource to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation

- Leading the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way, and driving productivity in readiness for store opening

- Allocating resource effectively to deliver a quick payment experience

- Enabling daily operational processes to be implemented efficiently across the store

- Coordinating the team to deliver a clean, safe, and well-presented store

- Role modelling great Customer Service and M&S behaviours

- Supporting Colleague Managers and sharing observations to help deliver high performance

- Being a key holder and answering call outs as required

- Performing tasks related to opening and closing the building
