## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Sundays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 14:00 to 18:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Resilience and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing demands

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
