## Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and assist with inventory at our pharmacy fulfillment site in Newark, DE. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support our supply chain, transfer materials to the right locations, and help with proper stock rotation. Using handheld scanners and management systems, you will ensure our inventory is accurate and ready to reach the patients we serve.

**Responsibilities:**

- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products to ensure counts and quality are correct

- Unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse and pharmacy

- Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues when they occur

- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation

- Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed

- Operate equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.

- Use computers and PDA scanners to enter data and locate inventory

**Requirements:**

- Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills

- Able to adjust to changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment and work a flexible schedule when needed

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the floor

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical motions for the whole shift, including bending, stopping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling

- Able to read and distinguish small print

- Experience with inventory tracking, warehouse operations, or the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is a plus

**Pay Information:**

- Hourly rate of $17.75 - $24 USD, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location

- Eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan
