As an Associate Manager, Finance, you will oversee day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and coach finance teammates

- Prepare full sets of accounts, including monthly management reports and analysis

- Oversee subsidiary management reports

- Create reports, analyze data, and present findings

- Monitor cash flow management and accounting information consolidation

- Liaise with external auditors and the tax department

- Manage account closures and general accounting functions

- Ensure timely report submissions to management

- Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures

- Support headquarters' initiatives and participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial and management reporting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strategic thinking and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work systematically and recommend process changes

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with global/regional finance compliance and accounting processes is an advantage
