About this role

We are looking for a versatile recruiter to join our team in a context of hyper growth. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring across multiple functions, including GTM (Sales, Solutions Architect, Pre-sales) and corporate functions (ideally Engineering as a minor).

As a Talent Acquisition - US (Contractor), you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing and owning search strategies, and delivering research against those strategies for searches across various business and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a smooth and bespoke candidate experience.
* Develop and own search strategies and deliver research against those strategies for searches across various business and corporate functions.
* Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.
* Identify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
* Dive deep into data and root cause issues.
* Proactively identify and solve problems.
* Help improve our process, documentation, tooling and talent market intelligence.
* Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting process.
* Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processes.

About you

* Autonomous and self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
* Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.
* Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.
* 4+ years of experience recruitment for fast-paced, demanding environments.
* No ego and highly committed to deliver.
* Able and keen to jump from strategic topics to very hands-on work.
* Ideally, you have a track record of recruiting both in business and tech roles.
* Ideally, you have experience hiring for Enterprise software companies.
* Experience in complex recruiting and autonomous hiring in outbound contexts.
* Experience working to recruit in highly competitive talent markets.
* Open learning mindset and fast learner, demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new complex subject matter, and understanding of new markets, areas, roles, and business initiatives.
* Capability, credibility, and consultative skills to influence senior colleagues and stakeholders without authority.
* Professional brand of personal accountability, drive, work ethics.
* Ideally, proficiency with Lever.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
