## Description

We are seeking a Vice President, Account Management to lead Mastercard's relationships with strategic Financial Institution (FI) partners in Thailand. The successful candidate will drive share growth, competitive wins, and portfolio expansion across priority accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing growth strategies to strengthen Mastercard's position with key issuers

- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key decision makers

- Identifying and capturing opportunities to increase Mastercard share across consumer, commercial, premium, and digital payment portfolios

- Leading complex commercial negotiations and partnership discussions

- Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated customer solutions

- Driving consultative, insight-led engagement leveraging Mastercard's data, analytics, and innovation capabilities

Requirements:

- Significant experience in account management, business development, consulting, or the payments and financial services industry

- Deep understanding of the banking, cards, payments, and digital commerce ecosystem

- Proven track record of managing executive client relationships and delivering sustainable commercial growth

- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate market opportunities into actionable growth plans

- Experience leading complex negotiations and managing large-scale partnerships

- Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen

- Executive presence with outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
