## Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Coolblue. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work part-time or full-time, 32 hours a week, and be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients.

You will be working from home, within a 90-minute radius of Düsseldorf, and will need to have a stable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Working flexibly to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service

- Collaborating with your team to achieve our goals and objectives

- Representing Coolblue in a professional and enthusiastic manner

- Performing administrative tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Native-level German language skills

- Fluent English language skills

- A suitable home office setup within a 90-minute radius of Düsseldorf

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work flexibly and independently

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is desirable but not essential
