## Job Title: Beauty Expert

You will play a crucial role in empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, so they have the confidence to achieve their dreams.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be based on the shop floor, responsible for combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections with customers.

## Key Responsibilities:

- Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.

- Build solid relationships with team members and management, contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role.

- Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, passing on your knowledge to customer after customer.

- Adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to open up for stratospheric success.

## Ideal Candidate:

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.

- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG.

- Passionate about beauty and willing to spread the word about the brand.

- Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs.
