## Description

We are seeking an International Key Account Manager to join our Global On Premise Key Account Management Team in Salzburg. As an International Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving Red Bull's global growth by building impactful partnerships and shaping our strategy in the Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) segment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Map key stakeholders and structures of global Tier 1 accounts and their main franchise groups

- Build strong relationships, form global partnership agreements, and negotiate programs that boost Red Bull's distribution and sales

- Manage customer P&Ls, ensure consistent investment strategies, and track performance to close potential gaps

- Create best-in-class cases to strengthen our global strategy and stay ahead of the competition

- Support markets on winning new business and forming new local partnership agreements with Tier 1 target accounts

- Collaborate with Global Finance, Global Legal, Global On-Premise Trade Marketing, and Regional and Local Red Bull teams to deliver partnership programs with excellence

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years' experience in international key account management, with proven knowledge and a network in the QSR, fast casual, and coffee-tea-bistro industries

- Strong, sociable presence and excellent communication skills across cultures

- Excellent English skills; knowledge of other languages (preferably German) advantageous

- Skilled in using PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful presentations and analyses

- Motivated to win new business and open to frequent travel

**Travel:** 20-30%
