## Description

Flexport is seeking a Customs Associate to join its customs operations team in Canada. As a Customs Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods into Canada, supporting Flexport's end customers in achieving their compliance goals.

Responsibilities:

- Create and submit customs entries for high-profile clients

- Digitally prepare and submit documentation required for goods to clear with CBSA

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CBSA regulations and procedures

- Review and organize incoming documents for compliance

- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients

- Learn and follow global customs laws and regulations

- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of customs compliance

Requirements:

- CCS Designation

- Good understanding of CARM

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Obsession with client happiness

- Courage to challenge the status quo

- Understanding of international trade and customs regulations

- Familiarity with CBSA product classification and rulings

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficient computer skills, including G Suite applications

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customs practices
