## Description

The Mercure Paris Opéra Grands Boulevards, a 52-room hotel with a jazz atmosphere located in the heart of the Grands Boulevards, is seeking a 2-month Reception Intern.

As a Reception Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming clients upon arrival with courtesy and attention

- Contributing to client loyalty through warm and personalized relationships

- Anticipating and addressing client needs

- Handling emails

- Promoting the hotel's image

- Supporting brand and group projects and identity initiatives

- Showcasing hotel services to optimize sales

- Managing phone calls and taking reservations

- Restocking welcome products in Privileges rooms

Requirements:

- Hospitality studies

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written

- Proficiency in a third language is an asset

- Strong interpersonal skills, sense of welcome and service

- Motivation and teamwork spirit

- Listening and anticipation skills

- Good presentation and elocution skills

- Dynamic personality
