## Description

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team at Salesforce, a leading AI CRM company. As an ECS Account Executive, Enterprise Sales - 自動車チーム, you will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with major automotive manufacturers in Japan.

Your main objectives will be:

- Developing and executing mid-to-long-term customer growth strategies based on Annual Planning (APS)

- Leading proposals and negotiations with multiple stakeholders, including top-level management, IT departments, and business units

- Deeply understanding customer challenges and creating value propositions using the Salesforce platform

- Collaborating with internal resources, such as SEs, CSMs, and Partners, to achieve sales goals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in B2B sales, particularly in the manufacturing industry

- Ability to take ownership of large accounts and develop strategic plans

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of IT solutions and SaaS products
