## Description

We are seeking a Local IT Support professional to join our team at Ubisoft Ivory Tower in Lyon.

As a Local IT Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing IT support to our studio, focusing on five key areas:

### Hardware & IT Infrastructure

- Install, configure, and maintain workstations (Windows 11) and servers (Windows Server 2022)

- Manage the computer fleet: inventory, track hardware lifecycle, manage entries/exits, and coordinate replacement cycles

- Oversee dev kits and test kits

- Interact with suppliers for purchasing and repairing equipment

### Software & Administration

- Resolve software and hardware incidents and bugs

- Administer accounts, manage access, and authorisations (Active Directory, local tools, and servers)

- Support and evolve the conference and meeting infrastructure

### Local Infrastructure & Facility

- Participate in managing and evolving local infrastructure, coordinating with network and admin teams based in Paris

- Manage alarm systems and access control

- Assist with facility management (office moves, receiving and storing equipment, inventory management)

### Support & User Accompaniment

- Provide local IT support with a customer service focus

- Communicate regularly and professionally with staff about IT services

- Conduct training sessions on IT security and tools

### Events & Projects

- Provide logistical and technical support during internal and external events

- Contribute to cross-functional IT projects

**Requirements:**

- Mastery of Windows 11 and Windows Server

- Knowledge of Active Directory, networking concepts (IPv4, TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi)

- Rigorous and meticulous task management

- Good level of English (written and spoken)

- Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

- Curiosity, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously

**Nice-to-have:**
