## Description

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence.

The CISO organization at CoreWeave is responsible for executing and delivering security, trust, and assurance across our products, platforms, and operations. Within this organization, the Security Trust & Assurance team is building leading Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) programs, including third party risk management (TPRM).

As a TPRM Technical Program Manager, you will work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, IT, and Legal to govern CoreWeave’s external data sharing. This is a hands-on and operational role that will directly contribute to CoreWeave’s security and privacy objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a complete register of external data shares, including data categories, purpose, legal basis, transfer mechanism, and contractual restrictions.

- Define and operationalize controls for onboarding new external shares: pre-share review, minimization, approved transfer methods, and documented approvals.

- Monitor external data flows to detect undocumented, expired, or out-of-scope sharing, and drive remediation to closure with the accountable teams.

- Establish metrics and reporting on data mapping coverage and external sharing risk for leadership and governance forums.

- Contribute to the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with CoreWeave's overall security, privacy, and business objectives.

- Oversee & execute third party security risk assessments, including analysis of appropriate security controls, contract requirements, and compliance documentation.

- Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for technical TPRM & Privacy risks, effectively communicating complex concepts and remediation strategies to technical and executive audiences.

- Tailor communications to a diverse audience and remain adaptable to a wide range of personalities and technical depth.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in third-party risk management, data governance, privacy, or information security risk, with at least 2 years focused on external data sharing.

- Demonstrated experience building or maintaining data inventories/data maps, including data classification, processing purpose, legal basis, and cross-border transfer mechanisms.

- Experience implementing continuous or automated monitoring of data flows.

- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC.

- Working knowledge of major privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and transfer mechanisms such as SCCs, DPAs, and adequacy decisions.

- Hands-on experience conducting third-party security risk assessments, including evaluation of security controls, contractual security/privacy terms, and compliance artifacts (SOC 2, ISO 27001, penetration test reports).

- Familiarity with common security control frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2) and the ability to assess control adequacy for a given data-sharing scenario.

- Experience designing and operating a repeatable review or approval workflow, and driving remediation items to closure with cross-functional owners.

- Ability to define and report metrics to leadership and governance committees, translating technical risk into business impact.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to adapt messaging for both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.

- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment and building programs where limited process exists.

Benefits:

- Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 100% paid for by CoreWeave.
