Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing remarkable service to ensure customers feel valued

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment as a team player

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

As a Customer Assistant, you'll thrive in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused during busy periods. You'll be digitally confident, using tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to drive sales and serve customers.

**Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Information:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
