Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Parc Llandudno, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support sales growth.

You'll be a key ambassador for M&S, showcasing our food products, delivering excellent customer experiences, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing five-star customer service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling new food products

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Working flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contributing to a positive team environment

As a Customer Assistant, you'll need to be:

- Resilient and committed to delivering exceptional service

- Digitally confident and comfortable using in-store devices

- A team player with a positive attitude

- Flexible and adaptable to changing demands

This is a part-time, flexible role with varying shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, and Saturdays.
