## Description

We are seeking a Host/Receptionist to join our team at Mandolin Aegean Bistro.

As a Host, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and staff, and you will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phone calls, and creating reservations.

Your main duties will include:

- Ensuring every guest is welcomed in a hospitable manner

- Answering high-volume phone lines and responding to inquiries about menus, hours of operation, and amenities

- Creating reservations for restaurants and assisting F&B Managers with service standards and execution

- Providing excellent service to all guests, members, and staff with friendliness, professionalism, and organizational efficiency

- Building relationships with members and guests and communicating feedback to management

- Influencing a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role

- Experience with Resy and MICROS systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask in a high-volume and demanding work environment

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Physical requirements for this role include:
