## Description

We are seeking a Junior Regional Marketing Manager to support our Field Marketing team in Düsseldorf. As a Junior Regional Marketing Manager, you will assist the Senior Field Marketing Manager in establishing a regional face for the brand, aligned with global and national strategies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Strategic development and management of relevant playgrounds in the West region, focusing on Düsseldorf

- Qualitative implementation of 3rd party events, activations, and Red Bull projects for target audiences

- Proactive project management to ensure positive consumer experiences with the brand

- Regular reporting and analysis of projects to improve future initiatives

- Management of budgets and identification of cost-saving opportunities

- Coordination with various teams, including operations and student marketers

- Development and implementation of the Student Marketeer program in the Düsseldorf region

- Support for the Senior Field Marketing Manager in creating the annual business plan

**Requirements:**

- Completed university degree

- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

- Experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry

- Strong communication and networking skills

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Experience with event management and project coordination

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with digital media and social platforms

- Willingness to travel (40-50%)
