## Description

As a Campaign Manager (ABM) at ShipBob, you will drive pipeline creation through AI-powered, account-based marketing targeting Enterprise and Tier 1 prospect accounts.

You will execute account-based strategies powered by intelligent account data, translating account intelligence into 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that move deals forward.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leveraging and building AI-powered account intelligence

- Mapping and continuously tracking buying committee evolution for each account

- Using AI to generate account briefs and play scenarios that accelerate strategy development

- Designing and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies

- Owning programs from strategy through execution, managing budgets, timelines, and delivery quality

- Building and managing a disciplined testing roadmap for new audiences, demand sources, messages, offers, and experiences

You will need to have:

- 8 years of professional experience in demand generation and account-based marketing

- Demonstrated track record executing demand gen campaigns that drive pipeline

- AI/LLM fluency and prompt engineering skills

- Sound analytical and experimentation discipline

- ABM platform expertise with 6sense, Demandbase, or similar

- Marketing automation and CRM fluency, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce

- Cross-functional collaboration skills
