## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of ground-based radars products. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics and software, particularly within the radar and RF sensing domain, and experience managing complex projects with multiple sub-teams and many stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining a detailed project execution plan for ground-based radar projects

- Establishing clear objectives and deliverables for our radar programs that align with stakeholder needs

- Maintaining a deep understanding of radar hardware and software interface requirements to ensure seamless integration with customer systems

- Staying updated on the latest techniques and working with subject matter experts to incorporate relevant innovations into the project plan

- Ensuring comprehensive documentation is maintained for the project, including technical specifications, user manuals, and project reports

- Continuously evaluating and improving project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Overseeing the planning of hardware and software releases to ensure smooth and efficient deployment

- Working with engineering teams to ensure all releases meet defined quality standards before deployment

- Serving as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, internally across teams and externally with stakeholders

- Regularly updating stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones through reports and presentations

- Assessing and planning for necessary resources, including personnel, software, and hardware, to ensure the project is successfully executed

- Monitoring resource utilization and making adjustments as needed to avoid bottlenecks or resource constraints

- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies with subject matter experts to minimize impact on the project timeline and deliverables

- Regularly reviewing and updating the risk management plan to reflect changes in the project landscape

- Working with other divisions and departments to ensure our radars support program priorities and meet all integration requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, extensive project management experience, preferably in radar, RF sensing, EW or related field, and demonstrable understanding of Radar signal processing, antennas and RF, phased arrays.
