## Description

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Fraud Risk Engineering team in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing merchant fraud risk, providing robust protection for online platforms, and staying compliant with regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

* Leading and growing an engineering team in Dublin, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers at all levels.
* Partnering with Product and Strategy to define goals, prioritize work, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
* Driving operational excellence, setting team processes, removing blockers, and creating predictable delivery rhythms.
* Collaborating with staff engineers and technical leadership on architecture and strategic technical decisions, translating technical strategy into team-level plans.
* Building an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where engineers are challenged, supported, and able to learn and grow.
* Working effectively with geographically distributed colleagues and remote workers to ensure alignment and visibility.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager. You should have demonstrated success recruiting, building, and scaling engineering teams, and have a deep customer focus and a partnership mindset.

You should also have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, be comfortable operating with high autonomy and responsibility in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, and have acumen on architecture and strategic technical decisions.
