## Description

We are seeking a Principal Specialist to support specific functions and business units in addressing their human resources-related needs.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with designated business groups, line management, and executive teams across all aspects of human resource-related areas

- Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and/or adopt relevant policies for local implementation

- Develop workforce plans and guide talent management activities

- Resolve escalated employee relation matters and recommend potential changes as appropriate based on the root cause of the cases

- Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
