## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of the world's most dynamic and independent team of brand and product ambassadors.

Your role involves understanding the Red Bull target audience and advancing the brand image and product awareness on your campus and in your region.

The Student Marketeer program aims to reach new consumers, engage students at universities, drive sales, and manage the Red Bull brand on campus.

You will interact directly with consumers and customers, offer our products, and participate in Red Bull events to provide an unforgettable brand experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Represent the Red Bull brand excellently through daily interaction with consumers and customers

- Expand the customer base by offering our products and promoting Red Bull awareness through sampling

- Develop and implement a tailored and innovative campus plan to engage students and make the brand experiential

- Build a strong network and establish relationships with key personalities in the region

- Foster brand loyalty through authentic content on your social media channels

- Participate in Red Bull events and sponsored activities

**Requirements:**

- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or college

- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

- Strong communication skills

- Charismatic, dynamic, positive, and open personality

- Enjoy meeting new people in various settings

- Active participation in student life with in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and region

- Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit combined with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to balance part-time work and studies, with occasional availability in the evenings and weekends

- High interest in acquiring and applying new knowledge, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Well-connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Passion for the Red Bull brand and product

- Valid driver's license

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Travel readiness: 70-80%
