## Description

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Spine Center clinic. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for patients affected by injury or disease

- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

- Document patient information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

- Educate patients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises

- Demonstrate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of patients

- Treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders

- Meet all regulatory requirements and adhere to accepted clinical practice guidelines

Requirements:

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure

- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist

- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment

Benefits:

- Competitive salary range: $35.50 - $52.00 per hour

- Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours

- Daytime hours, Monday-Friday, no holidays or weekends
