## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team as a Corrections Specialist 1. As a Corrections Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and oversight of our payroll corrections process.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue

- Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud

- Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections

- Reviewing incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments

- Provide support for clients and internal teams

- Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary

- Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing

- Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections

- Manage all Third Party Sick pay

Requirements:

- Payroll-related experience

- Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong payroll tax knowledge

- Knowledge of payroll tax return filing requirements

- Familiar with Third Party Access rules
