## Description

Join Twilio as a Senior Strategic Account Executive, leading total account relationships with enterprise customers by delivering the Twilio Platform Vision. You will drive highly analytical and consultative sales, growing Twilio's entire platform business across assigned customers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand key Retail customer accounts, focusing on total account relationships across the Twilio platform.

- Develop and execute account strategies to deliver strong revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.

- Partner with Specialist Sales to leverage technical and domain expertise for complex deals.

- Serve on cross-functional account teams to drive solution adoption.

- Run a disciplined forecast, achieve goals, and drive profitable revenue growth.

- Conduct highly consultative sales cycles, becoming a strategic partner with largest customers.

- Generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce.

- Establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert, sharing industry updates with the GTM sales organization.

Qualifications:

- 10 years of sales experience, with 5 years in major account or strategic sales.

- Expertise in managing quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.

- Experience with telecom companies, including CPAAS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms.

- Domain expertise from highly quantitative industries like DevOps, Fintech, or security.

- Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience.

- Familiarity with commerce platforms or two-sided marketplaces.

Location: Remote - US (not eligible in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC).

Travel: Approximately 20% travel anticipated.

Compensation:

- Salary range varies by location: $158,632 - $220,320.

- Eligible for equity plan, health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave, and commissions.
