## Description

We are seeking a Client Management Manager to lead our Client Management team in on-boarding institutional clients across Brokerage, HSS, and Investment Banking.

As a Client Management Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-profile clients, communicating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading on-boarding requests on behalf of the GBM relationship and product teams

- Acting as the interface between the HSBC SA Middle Office team, product teams, and clients

- Coordinating additional information from clients to enable downstream functions to undertake their work

- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients

- Managing complaints and providing support for complaints management

You will also be responsible for ensuring that robust controls are in place, and that refreshers are completed within time, and necessary notifications to clients are sent within regulation-prescribed timelines.

Typical KPIs and targets include meeting deadlines, completing work on time, and maintaining accurate files and records.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, 3-5 years of relevant work experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
