## Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to support the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) contract at DISA. The successful candidate will perform configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.

- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.

- Create, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.

- Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc.).

- Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.

- Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.

- Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.

- Perform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs.

- Support business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow.

- Identify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data.

- Interact with the customer to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems.

- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to fit business requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve problems.

- Orchestrate and automate tasks.

- Design and build ServiceNow Applications and integrations.

- Provide strong development and project support.

- Follow documentation best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Review and apply UI/UX requirements.

- Utilize available programming methodologies and languages.

- Support data migration.

- Design and implement solutions following established Configuration Management policies.

- Integrate data from multiple data sources into a unified CMDB.

- Mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

- US Citizenship.

- Active DoD Secret clearance.

- Hold an active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security+).

- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

- At least 6 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.

- At least 4 years of ServiceNow development.

- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Ability to multi-task and self-assign work.

- Strong communication skills.

- Demonstrate potential and willingness to learn and adapt to rapid changes in technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

- Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.

- Exposure to ServiceNow applications.

- Experience with JIRA, Git, and Confluence.

- Understanding of ITIL foundation or ITIL certified.

- AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications.
