Product Manager, EMEA Payments Lead

### About the Role

The EMEA Payments Product Lead role at Stripe is an opportunity to shape payments strategy across one of the world's most complex and fastest-growing regions.

### Responsibilities

- Define a multi-year vision for EMEA Payments that anticipates future merchant & ecosystem scale and complexity.

- Lead Engineering and Design through every phase of the product lifecycle, from 0-to-1 development to General Availability.

- Enforce rigorous standards for product quality, API design, and system reliability, building trust with our largest enterprise users.

- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to pitch the product, win key deals, and translate user feedback into roadmap priorities.

- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the EMEA payment landscape, managing relationships with partners and ecosystem vendors.

- Drive cross-functional alignment with teams like Billing, Connect and Checkout to deliver a cohesive platform experience.

- Mentor or manage emerging PM talent within the domain.

### Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in product management or a related product role.

- A track record of shipping technical B2B2C products at a high velocity.

- An obsession with product quality in all its forms,from API design to dashboard UX and documentation.

- Existing knowledge of the payments landscape or a demonstrated ability to learn complex domains quickly.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for articulating user problems precisely.

- An ownership mindset; you are willing to do whatever it takes to solve problems and delight users.

- Ability to dig deep into data, think from first principles, and deliver the right results.

### Preferred Qualifications

- A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- The ability to understand complex systems at a deep technical level.

- Specific experience in payment orchestration or payment processing.
