## Description

We are seeking a Managing Director of Operational Strategy to join our growing team at Zeta. As a change agent for children, you will be responsible for providing strategic visioning and project management for critical initiatives to support our network's growth plan.

Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic visioning and project management for critical initiatives to support the network's growth plan

- Design and implement seamless, effective, and scalable operational processes across all areas of the organization

- Lead cross-functional teams in project planning and execution

- Champion a culture of continuous improvement

- Identify areas of improvement and provide creative solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of work experience in management consulting, finance, scale-up of growing organizations, or strategic roles in high-performance organizations

- MBA is highly preferred

- Strong analytical skillset and mastery of storytelling
