## Description

We are seeking a Global People Partner (Global HR Business Partner) to join our growing People Partners team. You will support our Payment Operations teams and Global Product Operations teams in 7 locations globally (approximately 650 Wisers in your direct stakeholder groups). As a commercially-minded, driven, and goal-oriented HR Business Partner, you will actively partner across our Servicing Operations teams and People team at Wise.

Responsibilities:

- Create close, effective relationships with senior leads and their teams, acting as a trusted People Partner to identify and achieve shared objectives

- Develop and execute people strategy, including performance management, talent identification and succession, org design, employee engagement, and communications

- Collaborate with the Recruitment team and business leads to prioritize, plan, and forecast roles for future growth

- Drive organizational development, redesign, change, and engagement in your areas

- Partner with leaders to develop leadership capability and skills needed for future success

- Analyze people metrics and risks to inform decisions and identify opportunities for focus

- Lead the WiserPulse (engagement survey) rollout into functional areas and drive action plans

- Provide advice and consultation on complex Employee Relations issues

Requirements:

- Experience as a People Partner in a high-growth environment

- Strong HR generalist and strategist skills

- Ability to work closely with a scaling, global team

- Experience supporting leads and employees across multiple geographies and time zones

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to use data to inform decisions
