## Description

Join Team Rehab as a Physical Therapist Assistant and contribute to delivering exceptional outcomes, outstanding patient satisfaction, and a work culture that supports and values every team member.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, treating patients, addressing questions, and educating them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.

- Treat patients, address questions, and educate them on injuries, progress, and long-term wellness strategies.

- Supervise Techs during modalities (for all federal payers and non-BCBSM patients) and assist with setup and cleanup.

- Complete accurate, timely documentation for daily notes and discharges.

- Maintain productivity expectations (60 treatments in a 40 hour week in an outpatient ortho setting).

- Assist in developing and refining treatment protocols.

- Participate in clinic research studies.

- Continue to grow professionally through CEUs and approved coursework.

Qualifications:

- Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant.

- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain).
