## Description

Benevity is seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to lead complex RFx responses, manage RFx intake, and own the content library.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience writing and managing RFx responses, ideally for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Benevity's most complex RFx responses from kickoff to submission

- Write client-specific executive summaries, cover letters, and solution narratives

- Manage RFx intake and triage, make bid/no-bid recommendations, and prioritize the team's workload

- Lead the final review of the team's typical RFx responses for compliance, accuracy, consistency, and brand voice

- Own the structure and governance of the RFx library (Loopio)

- Work with the Manager to improve proposal processes, templates, and tools

- Coach other writers on writing, structure, and strategy

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience writing and managing RFx responses

- Exceptional writing and editing skills

- Ability to develop win strategies and position Benevity against client needs

- Strong project management skills

- Experience building or managing a proposal content library in Loopio or similar RFx software

- Experience with Salesforce, Google Drive, Adobe, and procurement sourcing platforms

- Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders and subject matter experts

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of SaaS, cloud software, cybersecurity, and global privacy compliance

- Familiarity with corporate social responsibility, social impact, employee giving and volunteering, or grants management

Benevity offers a salary of CA$77,800 - CA$106,920 and a flexible hybrid approach to work.
