## How you will achieve success:

- Pick and pack orders accurately to quality standards and stage them for fast carrier pickup.

- Receive inbound freight, verify piece counts against packing slips, and stage stock for putaway.

- Safely transport inventory to assigned bin/rack locations using handheld RF scanners and standard material handling equipment.

- Participate in regular cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.

- Keep work zones clean, organized, and compliant with all warehouse safety regulations.

## What experiences will help you in this role:

- Be 18+ years of age with a reliable track record of attendance.

- Operating a Forklift or PIT equipment is preferred.

- Be comfortable on your feet, bending, walking, and moving throughout a 10-hour shift.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with a partner or mechanical aid.

- Have basic English proficiency to read order labels, complete digital pick lists, and follow facility safety protocols.

- Flexibility to work mandatory overtime or adjusted schedules during peak seasonal volumes.
