## Description

We are looking for a Marketing Services Associate to support the setup of communication in the healthcare industry for leading pharmaceutical, MedTech, and Consumer Health organizations.

As a Marketing Services Associate, you will be responsible for setting up, testing, and implementing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, supporting email, landing page, website, banner, LinkedIn, and direct mail campaigns, and collaborating with clients, internal teams, and international delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up, testing, and implementing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Supporting email, landing page, website, banner, LinkedIn, and direct mail campaigns

- Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and international delivery teams to ensure smooth execution

- Managing target audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and campaign reporting

- Performing quality controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer experience

- Supporting communication initiatives in the healthcare industry, including DHPC services

- Maintaining clear documentation and campaign metrics

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and campaign results

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in digital marketing, marketing automation, and campaign setup, and has experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English

- 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing automation, or customer service

- Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Experience with email marketing and customer data

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Analytical mindset and interest in campaign performance

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have:

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification

- Experience with websites, CMS platforms, landing pages, banners, or social media campaigns

- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, MedTech, or regulated industries

- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar tools
