## Description

Redstone Residential is a national student and multi-family housing operator, managing more than 38,000 beds across 20 states.

The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed.

- Handle package intake, answer resident questions, maintain a secure lobby environment, and support the leasing team during tours and application processing.

- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects are required.

**Experience & Qualifications:**

- 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience

- Strong communication skills

- Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus

- Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations

- Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service

- Warm, friendly demeanor

- Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
