## Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard.

Main Duties:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard, including changing linens and removing trash

- Disinfect bathrooms and replace used amenities

- Prepare beds with fresh linens, ensuring they are free of stains and tears

- Report any defects in guest rooms or throughout the hotel

- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors daily

- Assist guests as needed and respond to their queries and complaints promptly

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Basic verbal communication skills

- Flexible schedule

- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Regular and reliable attendance

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 30 pounds

- Ability to make periodic fast-paced movements and travel throughout the property

- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods

- Occasional kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing required
