## Description

We are seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to join our Sales team. As a Digital Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring effective and efficient post-sales support for our digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a post-sales lead for digital support across multiple markets

- Ensure accurate entry and billing of digital campaigns prior to submission to fulfillment teams/vendors

- Track client campaign delivery across TEGNA's digital products, including OTT/CTV, video, and display

- Collaborate with Digital Client Services teams to ensure campaign pacing and delivery

- Develop and execute solutions to deliver customer results through digital assets while maintaining campaign logistics and performance

- Interpret campaign performance data and summarize results based on customer KPIs

- Support and manage TEGNA Attribution as needed for client campaigns

- Work closely with Account Executives, Station leadership, Sales Support, and corporate leadership

- Complete standard monthly reporting for all digital campaigns

Requirements:

- 3+ years of account management experience in a fast-paced media sales environment

- Proven track record of retaining and growing clients

- Knowledge of marketing solutions, including broadcasting and digital advertising

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and advertising solutions

- Experience using CRM systems and MS Office suite

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and time management skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
