Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work in a part-time role with varying shifts: Monday: 18:00-22:00 Tuesday: 18:00-22:00 Thursday: 18:00-22:00 Friday: 18:00-22:00 Saturday: 18:00-22:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing five-star service to customers at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment and supporting colleagues

- Adapting to changing demands of the retail environment and working across various areas of the store

You should be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.
