## Description

Join BlackRock's ServiceNow Centre of Excellence and Innovation (CoEI) team as a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Engineer. You will design and deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise solutions, evolving the platform and strengthening delivery practices to support digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead end-to-end solution design across workflow, security, data, integrations, user experience, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

- Partner with business stakeholders and Enterprise Architects to shape requirements and align solutions with platform strategy and standards.

- Produce clear solution designs, technical specifications, and architecture documentation.

- Provide technical assurance through architecture reviews and design authorities.

- Configure, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements.

- Guide developers, administrators, and delivery partners, promoting reusable patterns and ServiceNow best practices.

- Support upgrades, incident and defect resolution, and performance optimisation.

- Evaluate and implement emerging capabilities, including UI Builder and AI-powered workflows.

**Skills and Experience:**

- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

- Strong ServiceNow architecture and development knowledge, including JavaScript, APIs, and integration frameworks.

- Experience translating business requirements into solution designs and technical architectures.

- Working knowledge of ITSM and relevant ServiceNow products.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

**Required Qualifications:**

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification(s).

**Desirable Experience:**

- Service Operations Workspace implementations.

- Now Assist, AI Agents, or other generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities.
