As a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon / Complex Benign Gynecologic Surgeon with Intermountain Health, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. We are establishing a new team of fellowship trained subspecialty surgeons, supported by collegial well-trained staff and an advanced practice provider to assist in the OR. This new MIGS division will focus on complex gynecologic surgery, with an emphasis on chronic pelvic pain and endometriosis.

Responsibilities:

- Clinic and OR are located in Ogden, Utah.

- Newly renovated office will provide ample exam rooms and in-office procedure space.

- Available block time in the OR, with 24/7 physician anesthesia coverage and Da Vinci Robot Surgical Systems on site.

- Schedule will typically include 2 days in clinic and 2 days in the OR each week.

- Collaborative multidisciplinary surgical care with Urology and Colorectal surgery encouraged.

- Personal practice coverage will be required as well as unassigned GYN call coverage for patients in the Emergency Department. ED call shifts are compensated and limited.

- No obstetric care is required.

- EPIC Electronic Health Record system.

How we'll support you:

- You will be paid a guaranteed annual base salary

- $30,000 starting bonus

- Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance

- Up to $75,000 in student loan assistance

- For those completing training, a monthly stipend of $1,500 while still in training.

Requirements:

- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology

- Completion of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship required

- Unrestricted Utah Licensure or willingness to obtain

- Active involvement in medical student, resident, and fellow education

- Commitment to evidence-based, standardized care in a patient centered, team-based environment

- Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
