## Description

We are seeking a Pharmacy Operations Representative to join our team at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group. As a Pharmacy Operations Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering straightforward administrative and basic business services in Pharmacy Operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Ensure proper package sorting to assigned carrier/pallet

- Maintain sufficient stock levels of supplies

- Order supplies with multiple vendors

- Verify that each package receives the correct paperwork, envelopes, medications, packing and shipping labels before sealing and sending packages to patients

- Work on one order at a time at your workstation

- Ensure accurate address printing on each package

- Seal all bags correctly and load printers with the correct paper

- Package prescriptions requiring special handling according to specific process and policy requirements

- Collaborate with coworkers to share best practices and maintain productivity and quality standards

- Keep your workstation clean at all times

**Requirements:**

- Licensed Pharmacy Assistant required

- 1 year of relevant experience preferred

- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel

- Ability to understand mathematical conversions

- Working knowledge of inventory control practices

- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to effectively establish rapport and respond to questions related to inventory

- Ability to quickly resolve problems and develop favourable solutions

- Be able to keep up in a fast-paced environment
