## Description

TGR Haas F1 Team, a stalwart of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship, is seeking a Purchasing Administrator to support the delivery of departmental and organisational objectives. The role is based in Maranello, Italy, and reports to the Director of Procurement.

The Purchasing Administrator will provide administrative support to purchasing activities, focusing on indirect procurement categories. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting day-to-day procurement activities related to indirect goods and services

- Collaborating with Indirect Buyers and Technical Buyers to ensure alignment on requirements and timelines

- Maintaining accurate purchasing data within the ERP system

- Preparing, issuing, and tracking purchase orders

- Managing communication with suppliers

- Monitoring open purchase orders and expediting where necessary

- Organising and maintaining purchasing documentation

- Providing support to the Finance team

- Contributing to the definition and improvement of indirect procurement processes

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with further education or a University Degree being a plus. Previous work experience or an internship is beneficial. Essential skills include computer knowledge, preferably with Microsoft Office products and ERP Systems, and good English language proficiency.
