## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager to lead and scale talent pipelines for Sales, General & Administrative (G&A), and Product areas. The successful candidate will define, implement, and optimize sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent across various functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies and talent engagement.

- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

- Maximize the effectiveness of sourcing tools, technologies, and platforms.

- Establish key sourcing metrics and provide regular insights to Recruiting leadership and business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers, and departmental VPs to understand hiring needs and calibrate on candidate profiles.

**Requirements:**

- 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3+ years in a dedicated Sourcing role.

- 2+ years of experience in leadership or people management, including mentoring and managing a team of sourcers or recruiters.

- Demonstrated track record of developing and executing data-driven sourcing strategies.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with Eightfold CRM and Workday ATS.

- High-growth, technology, or startup environment experience.

- Familiarity with workforce planning and headcount forecasting models.
