## Description

As Manager in Operations, you play a critical role in ensuring all responsibilities and reconciliations performed by your teams are completed on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Reviewing daily reconciliations performed by your teams

- Supporting your teams with escalations and issues

- Assisting team leads with covering desks when others are absent

- Ensuring all reconciliations and tasks are completed daily by your teams

- Escalating issues to your manager in a timely manner

- Ensuring mandatory learning courses are completed by the team

- Providing feedback and coaching to direct reports

- Assisting with internal and external audit inquiries

- Ensuring activities, processes, and controls are in compliance with relevant policies and regulations

- Ensuring teams are adequately staffed and have sufficient coverage

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of related experience

- Ability to prioritize work, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment

- Self-starter, organized, and able to work independently

- Willingness to work US and Canadian holidays as necessary

- Technical knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel

- Sound knowledge of trade life cycle from execution to settlement

- FINRA series 99 registration required
