## Description

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Graz, Styria, Austria.

As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our range of beauty products. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, driving sales and promoting our brand to customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives

- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new launches and trends

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field

- A passion for Charlotte Tilbury and a desire to represent our brand

- Ideally, experience as a makeup artist

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset

- Proficiency in German at B2 level
