## Description

At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll be responsible for developing new business for AIA Corporate Solutions through tied agency distribution.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Achieve new business sales targets and key performance indicators

- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with AIA Financial Services Consultants and Agency Leaders

- Set appointments and meet with Agency Leaders and FSCs during monthly agency meetings

- Provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data

- Deliver new business sales proposals and quotations to FSCs

- Ensure timely submission of new business employee data and placement documentation

- Follow up on outstanding policy premium collection

- Pitch and deliver corporate sales presentations jointly with FSCs

- Participate in scheduled sales training and professional development courses

- Undertake other projects as assigned

**Job Requirements**

- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proactive and able to work independently

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Tertiary degree or diploma

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in Employee Benefits/Group Insurance

- Strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance products

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
